We’re delighted to finally have a chance to talk about the space invasion we’ve been planning for, for some time now! It’s about time we invaded Sommerkrit! And that’s why first things first, we believe it best to illustrate what, and who this Rocketman is. Rocketman is a top-down shooter battle, it’s the ultimate battle of fronts, and .... flanks! You a space ranger, and the ultimate soldier of the republic, equipped with X-Ore industries finest tech, are sent to enable Sommerkrits allies in reclaiming the Republic’s former colonies.

See, Sommerkrit is a micro planet, or at least that’s what we decided to call it, its infused with micro-ores, the most expensive source of energy in our post-earth era! Yup you heard me earth is gone, the inevitable has happened.

The republic is a form of space ships, of galactic alliances, that resemble older planets, hell earth dweller descendants no longer seek to live upon other planets, they just colonize micro planets to mine the hell out of them! They prefer air conditioning and virtual realities to life as we once knew it.

So as one of the ultimate soldiers of the republic, we under colonel Briggs’s command, are sent to reclaim these spots and wipe out the so-called indigenous resistance, and their communist allies! Indigenous and Communists imagine! These guys are there even in post-earth, some things just don’t seem to change! Some insurgent terrorists just seem to never give up! We might be forced to take out their leader at the end of it all, the terrorist they call Thunderblade, the blade of the cosmos, the hero of Sommerkrit, the woman they call Rita Sullivan!

So how does it work, and what’s the mission, I’ll start by scratching the surface with regards to the mechanics of regions, frontlines and how they work.

As the Rocketman himself, your main mission is to take out the enemy’s main base, on your own or with your allies, that’s your ultimate strategy, take out the enemy main base.

It starts with frontlines, see frontlines are always at odds, fronts are at war. Rear lines are usually dormant unless attacked by the player or any of their allies.

So by enabling your army, You move to take out enemy frontlines, and advance deep into enemy territory, the moment you and your allies take out a frontline, the succeeding enemy region will become the new front and will begin in attacking you and your allies. Your allies will also switch and move to attack the next frontline! And a bigger battle will ensue, since deeper regions and lines are always enabled with stronger and more robust defenses and troops!

So what we hope you will successfully do, while having fun, is to quickly move with your troops and take out the enemy frontline, before they take out your own, removing one of your buildings from the equation and leaving you at a vulnerable spot.

Questions, why are rear lines dormant?

Rear lines are upgrading to produce stronger troops, using a higher capacity of upkeep, meaning every building can support more troops, rear lines are spending resources not to spawn units, but to upgrade their capabilities, and level up. If you fail to take out the line you are engaged with in the amount of time required for the rear line to upgrade, be prepared to face more troops as rear lines with join the fight becoming aggressive and providing reinforcements.

The same applies to your army, once your rear lines upgrade they will join the fight, providing you with an overwhelming swarm, yes we want you to swarm the enemy by the end of the fight if you’re good enough!
